HOW TO FIX LAZY MOUSE PROBLEM?

Hey guys,

I tried hard to solve a problem of lazy mouse fridging problem. I tried some ideas found in google solution. I tried to change the speed of the mouse cursor. But at last not working!! again !! finally I found a solution to the problem. This solution is in the video.
